Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) has announced the promotion of Vice President of Multinational, Amy Bowman, to Head of Multinational, a Boston based role.

Bowman brings more than two decades of experience as an attorney and insurance leader to her new role.

She joined BHSI in 2014 as Counsel for Executive & Professional, Healthcare and Small Commercial Business. She was later appointed to the role of Assistant Vice President of Transactional Liability, where she established and grew BHSI’s Transactional Liability business in the US.

After that, she played a central role in establishing and growing BHSI’s multinational network and capabilities as Assistant Vice President, then Vice President of Multinational, her role prior to her promotion.

“Amy played a pivotal role in building our strong global network with likeminded partners who share our commitment to excellence. She is the perfect individual to lead our multinational business, and our multinational team, to the next level.”
